SHOWCASE WILL BE HELD AT Pittsburgh Power Fields 129 Tollgate Rd Zelienople, PA 16063

14u,16u,18u are welcome to the showcase
Time- 4:00pm-8:00pm
College coaches from all divisions (NCAA DI, DII, DIII/ NAIA, JUCO) will serve as instructors and coaches for the clinic
No tournament games during the showcase and therefore all players are encouraged to participate in this great recruiting opportunity
Hitting/infield/outfield/agility all will be taught and evaluated
1.5 hour of showcase games from 6:30-8:00pm
No need to be in the tournament to participate in the showcase camp
T-shirt included

Check to signify that you have read and agree to to the below waiver of liability statement. 2022-2023 Waiver of Liability I hereby waive and release SwingCity Sports from any and all liability for any injury or illness incurred throughout the duration of any Arena Baseball & Softball season, facility rental, individual/group lesson, camp or program. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would affect my/my child’s participation in any and all aspects of participation included at SwingCity Sports. I expressly agree to release and discharge SwingCity Sports and all affiliates, employees, representatives, successors or assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action. This waiver and release of liabilities, without limitation, covers all injuries to me/my child which may occur. Regardless of negligence, as a result of (a) my/my child's use of any and all SwingCity Sports equipment, products and amenities, (b) the sudden unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment, (c) our instruction or supervision, and (d) me/my child slipping and/or falling while in SwingCity Sports, or on SwingCity Sports premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that is a release of liability. I agree to voluntarily give up the right that I may otherwise have to bring a legal action against SwingCity Sports for negligence, or any other personal injury or property damage of loss action. *

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19 The novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. SwingCity Sports has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other diseases, as outlined above; however, SwingCity Sports cannot guarantee that Participants will not become infected with COVID-19 or other diseases. Further, attending SwingCity Sports lessons and events could increase Participants' risk of contracting COVID-19 or other diseases. By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other diseases and voluntarily assume the risk that Participants and Spectators may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or other diseases by attending SwingCity Sports lessons and events and such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or other diseases at SwingCity Sports lessons and events may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to SwingCity Sports instructors, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to Participants (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or Child Participant may experience or incur in connection with my or Child Participant's attendance at SwingCity Sports events or participation in SwingCity Sports programming ("Claims"). On my behalf, and on behalf of Child Participant and my significant other, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless SwingCity Sports LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of SwingCity Sports and its employees, volunteers, officers, directors, agents, contractors, insurers, representatives, affiliates, partners, successors and assigns whether a COVID-19 or other infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any SwingCity Sports lessons or events. *
